Warnings and Errors

Workflow Warnings

../_images/warningsAndErrors_workflow.png

Clario can display warnings after a run has finished successfully. Each node with a warning will:

  • have a warning icon next to the node on the run canvas
  • have its row highlighted yellow and be marked with the status ‘WARNING’ in the Node Statistics

If a node produces a Warning, details will be clearly summarized in the Results for that node.

Workflow Errors

When a Run fails, Clario displays errors. The first node to error (e.g. root cause of failure) will:

  • have an error icon next to the node on the run canvas
  • have its row highlighted red and be marked with the status ‘ERROR’ in the Node Statistics

While multiple errors may be present, only the first error is captured as Clario will trigger a cancellation for all non-finished nodes at that point. More information on the captured error is available in the Run Summary of the Workflow Run Perspective.

Job Warnings

../_images/warningsAndErrors_job.png

Clario may display warnings if a job run failed to indicate that a node was not executed due to a failure upstream. Each node with a warning will:

  • have a warning icon next to the node on the run canvas
  • have its row highlighted yellow and be marked with the status ‘CANCELED’ in the Node Statistics

Job Errors

When a job run fails, Clario displays errors. All failed nodes will:

  • have an error icon next to the node on the job run canvas
  • have its row highlighted red and be marked with the status ‘FAILURE’ in the Node Statistics

Nodes downstream from an error will be cancelled by Clario. More information on the captured error is available in the Run Summary of the Job Run Perspective.
