Establish Data Feeds

Working with your internal resources or directly with your vendors, we establish recurring data feeds including (but not limited to):

All data is fed into the Clario Workbench, a cloud data integration and analytics platform providing robust data cleansing and data transformation.

Configure Customer and Purchase Tab Characteristics

Customized for each client. From best practice characteristics like Recency, Frequency, Monetary, Product, and Channel (RFM+PC) to strategic and creative characteristics such as Personas, Digital Engagement, Geodemographics, Distance to Store, Promotional Characteristics, and even marketing behaviors such as Customer Promotion Frequency.

Fractionally Attribute all Marketing

Incorporate your existing fractional attribution data or we’ll model it for you. The best methods (like Clario’s) are built on statistical models that algorithmically apply weights to all touchpoints in a customer's journey. Allocate Marketing Spend

Starting from Clario’s best practices, customize the process by which marketing spend is allocated to campaigns, channels, and/or geographies to support the application’s Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) calculations, and the process by which marketing spend is allocated to individual customers to predict Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) calculations.

Compute Customer Lifetime Value

CLV is a fundamental part of the Clario app, allowing the user to identify high value customer behaviors and to refine the investment strategies designed to incent customers to engage in these behaviors. Clario incorporates predictive CLV via calculations tailored uniquely to each client from a solid best practices foundation.
